Terms & Conditions:

• The minimum duration of stay is 2 nights. Additional nights will be charged on a pro- rata basis.
• Check-in time is at 3 pm, and check-out time is at 12 noon.
• Reservation confirmation is subject to availability at the time of making a 100% advance payment.
• The swimming pool can be accessed with appropriate swimwear between 7 am and 6 pm.
• Valid government-issued photo identification for all guests staying at the resort is mandatory during check-in.
• The charge for an extra adult is ₹ 9,000 + 18% GST, with all inclusions. For children aged 6 to 12 years, the charge is ₹ 7,000 + 18% GST all inclusions per night.

Cancellation policy:

Confirmed bookings may be cancelled if intimation in writing reaches the resort as per the following terms:

• Before 3 pm, 14 days prior to check-inNo cancellation charges.
• No show, early check out or cancellation after 3 pm, 14 days prior to check-in -Cancellation charges equal to 100% of the full booking amount will be applicable.

Black-out dates:
October - 31^st.
November - 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th & 6^th.
December - 23^rd, 24^th, 25^th, 26^th, 27^th, 28^th, 29^th, 30^th & 31^st.
